People, I've been mango crazy since Saturday. Not craving...but just crazy abt mangoes.
How did the craziness begin? Well, here goes...
As you all know, its mango season in Australia right now. So everywhere you go, you're bound to bump into stores that sell mangoes. It's simply inevitable. Just store after store of mangoes.
So, when we were at Carrara Markets last Saturday, I decided to buy the "3 for $6" mangoes at one of the stores. Well, I actually got 6 mangoes altogether.
Well, so wat?? Mangoes are mangoes...u might think!
But mind you, these mangoes are HUGE, with a capital 'H'. I was simply awed (you'd prolly call me a SUPER JAKUN) by their sheer size and price. Costs only $2 each but almost as big as a medium-sized honeydew. Cos I got nuthing better to do, I actually weighed them when I got "home". They averaged at a hefty 800 grams each. No wonder the plastic bags almost gave way!

Only 4 left out of 6....darn!Honestly, they are the BIGGEST mangoes that I have ever bought in my entire life. Yes, in my entire life!! And, not to forget, the flesh was very thick and very, very sweet too. I'm not exagerrating.....they are really THAT good.
Hubby, u know wat....I really wished we could have gotten more mangoes that day!!!! Only 4 mangoes left out of the 6. Oh well, next time maybe.
