Its been a long time I must say! I've lost touch with the blogging world for the past 2 yrs or so. I've had a blogging account in the past but god knows wat happened to it. I neither remember my username nor password....dats how bad it actually got. Prolly cos of my pre-occupation with work and life in general. Actually preferred to read others' crazy blogs rather than writing one myself. Since I've got more time in my hands now, I guess it's a gd time for me to start again.
Since it's my first blog of the year, I wanna say Happy 2007 to everyone. May the coming year be a fruitful and sucessful one for all of us.
And also, I guess I got to say a thing or two abt myself. I've been married since mid-2006 and still getting a grip of things these days. Been spending time with the Husband in Brisbane, where he works. So life's hell for me at this stage...not really cos of the distance from the Husband (i.e. we've been in a long distance relationship for the past 6 years..so I have already gotten the hang of it) but really cos I have to travel from Singapore to Brisbane back and forth...since I haven't got my Aussie PRship as yet. Hope things improve in the next few mths. Insya-allah. Hmm, I believe as the day progresses, y'all will prolly get to know abt me. But for now, dat's it abt myself...I'm a Booorrrrrrrriiiingggg person...you won't miss much by the way.
Its been raining the past few days here in Brissie. The weather's like "undecided"..it'll rain one minute but it'll become hot and sunny again the next. Right now, I'm all alone at home while the Husband's at work. It's not like I don't have work to do....The hell I do! Just digressing I guess. I work from home these days...which is kinda cool since I can be a the so-called "Domestic goddess" (I.e. cleaning, washing, cooking) but at the same time, earn some bucks without leaving home. Not to mention..I dun need to travel to my workplace, wear nice clothes, wear make-up and yada yada yada....Haha..I know I'm Bragging.
How's brissie like? Hmm...I just lurve the SPACE here. You dun need to be all cramped up with so many people at one location. I know..I know..I'm actually comparing to my homeland, Singapore. Singapore is small and there's millions of people trying to get their way around. I'm bound to bump into someone when I go down places like Orchard Road....shessh.. no peace at all, man!! Everyone's rushing to go to one of those shopping centres near the MRT stations or going to East Coast for a great time at the beach (NOT!!! It's filthy..). It's like you have no where else to run too. Not much quiet spots where you can time with your loved ones. Get wat I mean?
Oh well, before I digress from my work any further...I guess I shd really get going. I will hopefully write some more interesting stuff on my blog in the days to come.
