Its short and lurving it...

Despite several people having reservations abt me cutting my long hair, I moved along with my decision to cut my hair SHORT. I just had to follow my gut feel.

I was so excited abt the haircut that I decided to wear contact lenses so that I can see the whole process. If I were to wear spectacles, I'd have to remove them and I'd be literally blind throughout the haircut.

I met Jo yesterday at 12.30pm and she suggested I cut my hair bob. She feels that my long hair is wearing me down and making me older than my actual age (Lol...hehe). Anyway, it's abt time for a new hairdo after all these years.

So I left the hair cutting in her expert hands. What I lurve abt Jo is her meticulous nature when dealing with my hair. Other hairstylists might just take half an hour to cut my hair...but she spent nearly 1 and half hrs washing, cutting, blow-drying and touching up my hair.

And, I'm seriously loving the new look. And for some reason, I feel slimmer and younger in this new hairdo. I feel more bubbly and look less serious too.

And..Jo was a great help as she gave me a quick training on how to curl in my hair with a blow dryer. Yeah, I was that stupid!

All these while, I just couldn't figure out how to curl in my own hair with a blow dryer. I think it's so much easier to do other people's hair. I never really asked my other hairstylists before cos I dun wanna look that stupid. Thankfully, Jo..being a close fren, she can easily deal with my "Durhh-ness".

Thanks babe! And no regrets. By the way, the hubby lurved it too.
